Brandon provided exceptional service from start to finish, including a dedicated truck for just her stuff (not crammed in with several other people’s stuff, as is the case with big interstate movers). He did an in-person evaluation ahead of time, communicated clearly at every step, showed up on time, got to the destination early, unpacked efficiently … and not a single thing was damaged or broken. Ideal Moving and their crew were unbelievable! imagine this scenario: you have a pre planned moving date but are currently out of country on vacation when contractor notices a water leak in the ceiling. while out of the country we mitigated the leak and called Ideal Moving and Storage and spoke to them to see if they could move the date up. They moved some crews around to make it work to completely pack (a totally unprepared / unpacked house) and move to a new house over two days. I never had the pleasure to meet George in person but he was in constant contact with me via phone and text. He even took photos and consulted with me about furniture that was damaged for a future insurance claim, so we didn’t move any water logged stuff to the new house and got photo evidence of the damage. He and his team packed and labeled everything so when we get back into town and to the new house it will be a breeze to unpack, and everything in its predetermined new room!

Ideal Moving and Storage was great and so easy to work with. They helped move my very heavy upright piano without a single problem. They were quick, efficient, and the crew was respectful and personable.

This company saved my sanity. I had to suddenly move within 2 weeks and I scoured themoversreview.com to try to find a company that wouldn’t cost me my firstborn child on top of the brand new mortgage I decided would be fun to have for the rest of my life. I actually went with Ideal Moving and Storage. By chance, they were available the next day and their prices are what I could consider mid-tier, but definitely not as expensive as other companies I called.

Justin and the crew were fast and efficient. They helped me move some old furniture to the curbside for pick up on top of moving everything else. When all was said and done, nothing was broken because they really did take care of everything from wrapping the furniture, making sure each lightbulb was taken off, picture frames were boxed up, etc. They even went above and beyond and asked if they could help fix an old recliner whose lining was exposed and had nails sticking out with their own tools (a sentimental item, albeit a sentimental hazard for most of our lives). In the end, they moved a 3 bed & 2 bath house in 6 of the easiest hours of my life (including travel time) without breaking the bank. Thank you so much to this awesome team who also didn’t mind all the dog hair 🙂

They arrived early, and when they got to work, ALL the stress fell off our shoulders. This crew was well trained and it was impressive to watch how they loaded the truck. They had good communication skills and positive energy. We knew we were in good hands.

But the best part is how the moving crew unloaded the truck into our nest in the new town. Before you knew it, beds were set up in each room, with the bedding boxes nearby, and all furniture placed where I noted in the walk through. Two well groomed and polite young men arrived on time and finished after four hours of work. I had several difficult items to be moved. Items moved basement and second floor as well as lots of items on the main floor were repositioned. They were careful with our newly refinished flooring. Helping with the tedious task of putting furniture pads on the furniture was appreciated. Ideal Moving and Storage did an excellent job.

I was very impressed with my moving experience with Ideal Moving and Storage! Their pricing was competitive and straightforward. The managers were very professional, emailing me in advance to see if had any questions and to confirm my moving date and time. The movers themselves (3 movers) were professional, efficient, careful with my possessions, and had great attitudes. AMAZING!!! Arrived on time and never stopped moving from start to finish. This is the first moving company I ever used and I never want to use any other one now. The cost is so affordable after looking at all the other companies and no extra fees. These guys said as I apologized for making them go to the third floor, “we love stairs!” Not once did they complain or slow down. Even though it was basically a down pour rain and wind situation. I would recommend these guys for all your moving needs! I have never hired movers before and they made my first time very pleasant. Estimate was accurate and had no hidden charges or fees. They are punctual and moved my belongings with care. I wanted to also give a shout out for them trying to get my couch into my home and they never gave up until they managed to get it inside.

These guys were top notch. They arrived promptly at noon and finished moving both an apartment and a storage unit in 5 hours on the dot. They were kind and courteous, while being fast and efficient. I will use them again for any future moves I make.
