5 starts is definitely not enough! I used First Wave Van Lines in December to move my Medical practice from Aventura, Fl to Oregon (excellent service!) and I used them again this weekend for a residential move. This was a big move, from a 5 bedroom home, with complicated furniture to disassemble and fit through narrow doorways. The manager brought 2 additional men and I was amazed how quickly and efficiently they worked together. The most impressive part was when they had to fit everything they packed up from a 3000sq ft house into their truck and then repack it into my storage unit. I was sure I would have to rent an additional unit and instead they fit everything perfectly, stating and strategically carefully placing everything like a puzzle and even left room to spare. They worked diligently for 6 hours non stop – through the heat and rain and were so professional. Without hesitation I would recommend First Wave Van Lines for ANY business or residential move and without a doubt will definitely be utilizing their services in the future.
