Excellent! We were moving back to the Phoenix area after being displaced from the CA wildfires. So, needless to say we were not in our right minds with months of navigating the situation, let alone having moving suddenly foisted upon us. Luckily we were in such good hands with First Wave Van Lines. We called upwards of a dozen different movers in both states and got quotes mostly in the same ballpark, but talking with JB gave me a real sense of calm. He kindly answered all of my questions and actually had some of his own to get a clear sense of what lay before him. This was especially appreciated given how lucky we were to have belongings that were able to be moved at all. Everyone I dealt with along the way was kind, clear and communicative about what to expect. On the day of the move, he and the gentleman who came with him were quick, efficient and careful with our belongings. They kept in touch throughout and when they delivered our items it couldn’t have been easier. They were in and out in less than 6 hours! After the year from hell I couldn’t be more thankful to have the end of our journey be handled with the utmost professionalism.
