Ideal Moving and their crew were unbelievable! imagine this scenario: you have a pre planned moving date but are currently out of country on vacation when contractor notices a water leak in the ceiling. while out of the country we mitigated the leak and called Ideal Moving and Storage and spoke to them to see if they could move the date up. They moved some crews around to make it work to completely pack (a totally unprepared / unpacked house) and move to a new house over two days. I never had the pleasure to meet George in person but he was in constant contact with me via phone and text. He even took photos and consulted with me about furniture that was damaged for a future insurance claim, so we didn’t move any water logged stuff to the new house and got photo evidence of the damage. He and his team packed and labeled everything so when we get back into town and to the new house it will be a breeze to unpack, and everything in its predetermined new room!
