We moved and had a great experience with Metro Hop Relocation. They arrived 15 minutes early, were efficient, careful, and informed me of any issues or concerns with the furniture prior to moving it. After taking apart one of the beds they recognized the platform part of the frame needed reinforcing and fixed it quickly prior to loading. The crew worked hard and completed the job a lot faster than I anticipated…which saved us money! Someone always answers the phone – and is pleasant too! – at the main office.
